Carl Towlson - Production & Warehouse Manager
Carl oversees the main production and warehouse function within our business, ensuring a smooth and consistently efficient manufacturing environment. Carl and his team of highly skilled operators undertake all seed oil crushing on site.
Darren Blackband - Planning & Logistics Mgr
Darren brought a wealth of logistical and planning knowledge when he joined the team in 2016. Ensuing deliveries to and from site are managed proficiently on a just in time basis. Implementing the high level and vital finer detail requirements in all our site production and seed crushing operations.
We know that no two people are the same, so we don’t expect our employees to fit to one prescribed way of working. Our workforce is made up of a mixture of core, contracted staff and flexible workers, allowing us to benefit from experience and reliability and also react to changing customer demand with employees who are invaluable during our busiest periods.
All of our employees sign a staff charter of agreed working practices when they join us. This lays out in clear detail what is expected of them, whatever their role, and, just as importantly, it explains what they can expect from us in return.
